LEGO STOPFRAME




created a stopframe showng how the body is made blank but from the day you are

created until the day you die the project will never be finished. The concept was pretty deep

HULLABALOO CLOTHING PACKAGING





I developed a company of my choice, a clothing brand by the name of

Hullabaloo meaning uproar. The brand was aimed at eclectic students

looking for anything from casual clothes to smart clothes. I wanted the

brand to represent students who are rebelious and question everything

. the brand would cater for students (18-25) on a budget and not LSM

Using the terrorist aspect I decide to create a ransom note whereby the

consumer will recieve a sample of the hottest but not the others which

creates a buzz

Propagandists to depict the variants. I chose Ex USA President Bush for Mild.Dictator of Iraq Saddam Hussien for strong and Usama Bin Laden Terrorist for Extra

CITY LIGHTS



Brainstorm a name for a band, then create a poster advertising when the band will be

performing,time and place. Use ink & jik to create these posters, aspects of the

typography must be hand renderedThe name of the band is “CITY LIGHTS” an alternative acoustic band

like The Fray or Goo Goo dolls. Aimed at the audience of this genre of

music and experimented with ink & jik and then put together in

photoshop

Create awareness about an issue we had discovered in Town from a Critical Studies

Assignment. Our teams issue was, Pigeon Triangle and the way in which they (pigeons) congregate at

one specific location in JHB central from that create awareness by developing two ambient forms of advertising and 1 traditional form of advertising.

We decided to advertise the square as a tourist attraction in the inner city as there

isn’t much happening in the western part of JHB city besides this

landmark. Our target market is LSM 7-10, mostly made up of people living, outside

the city but in the suburbs, who would be lured to get out of their comfort zone and

discover the beauty of the inner city. For our ambient media we used pigeon oragmai

maps placed in malls e.g (Hyde Park) with maps inside them, and seed bags placed

at Pigeon triangle as a reward for using the map for our second ambient execution.

ISTD






The ISTD brief: Create a publication under the title 10 things you should know about... The topics included;

Science, Hobbies, Famous battles, Games etc.

The format of the publication was up to our discretion.The Famous Battle category was chosen, but put a twist on it by making the

publication of the ten greatest battle scenes in movies and producing it on a

popcorn box. Type created out of actual bullets.

Nelson Mandela Children's hospital








Create a graphic entity for the Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital, which included

designing a logo, letterhead,business card,fax sheet, comp slip and business card. As well as designing

directional signage for use within the hospital
